John did so well putting up a pole barn for us, and we liked his attitude and work ethic so much, that we hired him for other work. Over the years we have had him do many projects for us, both inside and outside: a second pole building, design and building of an extensive outside porch, remodeling of bathrooms, tile work, painting, installation of windows and doors...including a new door for our hangar, home repairs etc.

John's character and conduct are commendable. We have always found him to be honest. He is careful in his work and careful with our expenses.

We highly recommend his services to our friends and neighbors. In fact, when they see his work and our satisfaction, they ask us for his name and number.

We are SUPER PLEASED with the building of our 40 x 72 Shop / Pole Building in fall of 2019. John and his crew did really nice work and stayed on timeline. Everyone should include John Malchow in their bidding process; I would do it again and frequently refer John; which I think speaks volumes. When friends and neighbors tour our shop; they are all impressed and say 'This is really well built'
